ALPOLIC® Product Portfolio Successfully Assessed Against the CCPI
The entire ALPOLIC® product portfolio has successfully achieved assessment against the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) for the UK and Ireland market, The assessment was completed in close collaboration with Pro Composite Solutions (PCS), ALPOLIC®’s our exclusive distribution partner for the UK and Ireland, demonstrating a shared commitment to transparency, reliability and high standards in construction product information.
The assessment covers ALPOLIC®/fr, ALPOLIC® A2 and ALPOLIC® NC/A1 – laminated aluminium panels used in a wide range of façade projects across the commercial, public and residential sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
Supporting Greater Transparency in the Construction Industry
The CCPI was established following the findings of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry to help improve the quality and trustworthiness of construction product information across the industry.
As regulatory requirements continue to evolve and building safety remains a key priority, architects, specifiers, contractors and building owners increasingly rely on clear, accurate and accessible product information when making specification decisions.
The CCPI assessment evaluates not only the product information itself, but also the processes, governance and organisational structures that support its creation, maintenance and ongoing review.
Confidence for Specifiers and Project Stakeholders
Successfully achieving CCPI assessment provides additional confidence that the information available for ALPOLIC® products meets the high standards expected by today’s construction industry.
For façade consultants, architects and contractors, access to reliable and transparent product information is essential to ensuring informed specification decisions and supporting compliance with current building safety requirements.
At the same time, the assessment reflects ALPOLIC®’s long-standing commitment to quality, transparency and responsible product stewardship.
A Whole-Supply-Chain Commitment
The assessment process included leadership surveys involving both the ALPOLIC® manufacturing facility in Wiesbaden and the UK distribution organisation, underlining the depth and rigour of the assessment.
It reinforces the shared commitment across the ALPOLIC supply chain — from manufacturer to supply partner to approved stockist — to the standards of product information integrity that the construction industry now demands.
Together with Pro Composite Solutions (PCS) and Aalco Metals, ALPOLIC® remains committed to supporting architects, specifiers and contractors with trusted product information and high-performance façade solutions for the UK and Ireland market.
The ALPOLIC® product portfolio is now listed on the official CCPI Assessment Search Portal.
