The patented EJOT® PEARLOCK keyhole fixing system enables the concealed installation of ALPOLICTM aluminium composite panels fabricated as cassette panels for ventilated rainscreen façades. It ensures the precise positioning of the façade cassettes, reduces installation time and provides a secure fixing without any visible fixing points.

Conventional keyhole fixing requires maximum precision, as the pre-installed screws are not visible when positioning the cassette.
The EJOT® PEARLOCK system overcomes this challenge with a specially designed tapered locating aid ("Cap"), enabling installers to find the fixing point quickly and reliably – even when visibility is limited.

The PEARLOCK system can be installed on a wide range of substructures. Depending on the project requirements, suitable EJOT® fasteners are used.

The integrated collar on the LT-TD screws ensures:
