EJOT PEARLOCK System for the Concealed Fixing of ALPOLIC™ Cassettes in rear-ventilated façades

The patented EJOT^® PEARLOCK keyhole fixing system enables the concealed installation of ALPOLIC™ aluminium composite panels fabricated as cassette panels for ventilated rainscreen façades. It ensures the precise positioning of the façade cassettes, reduces installation time and provides a secure fixing without any visible fixing points.

Conventional keyhole fixing requires maximum precision, as the pre-installed screws are not visible when positioning the cassette.
The EJOT^® PEARLOCK system overcomes this challenge with a specially designed tapered locating aid ("Cap"), enabling installers to find the fixing point quickly and reliably – even when visibility is limited.

A properly designed fixed and sliding point arrangement is essential to ensure the long-term performance and technical reliability of a ventilated façade.

The PEARLOCK system can be installed on a wide range of substructures. Depending on the project requirements, suitable EJOT^® fasteners are used.

The integrated collar on the LT-TD screws ensures:
